Wendy Brandon Handmade Preserves is a very small company making a very wide range of preserves. The business started in 1985, in Brighton - and moved to Pembrokeshire in 1992.

For more than 30 years we have kept to our original concept of luxury handmade preserves so that everything is still cooked by domestic methods. Each batch of marmalade is about 20 x 340g jars. The fruit is handcut, and the jars are handfilled and capped. The members of the kitchen team have been working with us for many years - the longest serving for 22 years.

We are now a small, multi-tasking team operating from a group of eighteenth century stone buildings - corn mill, stables, granary, farmhouse, pig sty, cowshed and suchlike - all surrounded by gardens, woodland and the streams that used to power the mill.

As well as supplying our visitors and mail order customers, we cook for hotels, restaurants and shops all over the UK - the Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, Ellenborough Park, near Cheltenham, the Draycott, near Sloane Square in London, the Crown and Castle in Orford, the Old Bridge Hotel in Huntingdon, Cheshire Smokehouse near Alderley Edge in Cheshire, and Café Royal in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. We supply on a next working day delivery basis.

Our agent in Japan supplies several department stores, and in France  we supply an agent with a mail order business.

Please phone, fax or email us if you would like a trade price list.
