Wendy Brandon Handmade Preserves

Wendy Brandon Handmade Preserves is a very small company making a very wide range of preserves. And just in case you wondered, I AM a real person! I started the business in 1985, and did everything myself, in my own kitchen, but now have a small team. If you phone us up you will get me, my son Ian (who does all the accounts and administration), or Zoe or Mair (who, as well as cooking, do the mail orders and despatching). The other members of the team are usually busy in the kitchen.

As well as supplying our visitors and mail order customers, we cook for shops all over the UK plus a few abroad, and we send jams, marmalades and chutneys to several hotels and restaurants - The Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, and one of the Harrods restaurants, to name a few.
