TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices

• Orders are subject to acceptance by the company and to availability of the goods and will be invoiced at prices ruling at the time of acceptance.

Payment

• Cheques to be made payable in Pound Sterling to WENDY BRANDON
• If paying by credit card, the details to be completed on the order form and signed before being mailed or faxed to us.
• We can accept the following credit cards: American Express, VISA, Mastercard, Delta and Switch
• We are not at present able to accept credit card payments online. We will be able to do so as soon as our credit card provider organises this service. In the meantime, you can e-mail your order and send credit card details separately by mail, fax or telephone.

Deliveries

• Although every effort will be made to deliver the goods as ordered within 7 days (possibly longer outside of the UK), we cannot accept responsibility for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to delay by the customs dept, and customs duty or import tax may be payable.
• We send overseas orders by the Post Office on an airmail basis as this lessens the possibility of damage in transit as well as being quicker.
• If you would like us to send your order as presents for somebody else, please include any cards and or messages with the order form. Also, please ensure you have the correct delivery address including postcode and contact telephone number if available.
