Orange Label - These Marmalades are sweetened with a mixture of cane sugar and concentrated apple juice to sharpen the flavour. All the marmalades are coarse cut and are best kept in the fridge once they are opened.
Red Label - Traditional preserves (sweetened with cane sugar), which are best kept in the fridge once they are opened.
Green Label - Made without salt or added sugar. These preserves will keep indefinitely before they are opened, but must be refrigerated once opened, and will then keep for weeks. They are sweetened with concentrated apple juice - we DO NOT use sorbitol or anything else synthetic.
Coarse cut - a mixture of dried and fresh apricots to give a stronger flavour

These are a cross between a lime and a kumquat
