Red Label Pickles & Chutneys - Traditional preserves (sweetened with cane sugar), which are best kept in the fridge once they are opened.
Green Label Pickles & Chutneys - These are all made without salt or added sugar. They will keep indefinitely before they are opened, but must be refrigerated once opened. They are sweetened with concentrated apple juice - we DO NOT use sorbitol or anything else synthetic.
A hot relish that perks up sandwiches, and is good with fish, seafood and meat dishes, and in a stir fry
Like a concentrated ratatouille - goes well with cold meats. Based on Escoffier's recipe
Whole lemon - to use with fish, lamb or chicken - chop up a piece to add to a stew or casserole
3 x (65g) miniature hexagonal jars in a clear acetate pack tied with grosgrain ribbon
Whole pears, apricots, prunes and lexia raisins in a sweet spicy pickle - to serve with ham or smoked meats
